This left me with questions, and while I'm usually fine with some insta-everything in my murder-erotica/erotic horror, this was a bit too instant. It was so instant that I thought for a moment this was a game between the two leads. That they were already a couple and this was just kinky fun, but...no. Kacey, who should be scared out of his mind until trust is established, is ready to die with Winston a day after they've met. Sure, the psychopath solved Kacey's problem with violence, but... what assurance does he have that Winston isn't going to get bored? Why does Winston want Kacey forever? He saw him once and decided that was it. Psychos can't love, but they fixate...so why Kacey? Why does Kacey stand out?

And how old are they? Kacey is mentioned having math homework, and Winston calls him "boy" but he can't be much older. I need answers.

Review: Dirty Money

Dirty Money by Liliana Hart My rating: 5 of 5 stars This really wasn't long enough. The story stops at 88% for some reason, but fine. I'll accept that because it was awesome! The stakes were extremely high this time around after the cliffhanger in the last book. I'm happy that Jack and Jaye are evolving as a married couple while dealing with old ghosts. Once upon a time, Modern Millie travelled back in time and did a bunch of things that were not possible for women during the Victorian era.
